Service Fee Agreement

Accept the Service Fee Agreement               

• I agree that all pieces of uploaded artwork are my original piece of art, and not reproductions of other artist's work.
• I agree that all my paintings are 100% handmade and I haven't used any machined process for its creation. (like canvas transfers, paint on prints etc)
• I agree that I will not upload any nude paintings or non-secular paintings.
• I agree I will keep my inventory up-to-date on IndianArtZone.com and immediately inform of any externally sold paintings.
• I agree once the artwork is completed within the stipulated time to be couriered to IndianArtZone office for them to quality check and re-courier to the customer.
• I agree to wait for maximum 15 working days for payments to be deposited into my account after the acceptance and verification of the artwork at IndianArtZone premises.
• I authorize IndianArtZone ecommerce online to sell my artworks and its associated sales channels.
  
  

Note:

• Currently for setting up your online gallery at IndianArtZone, we are not charging any onetime set-up fees or monthly recurring fees.  Please note Registration, Display of Artworks and Marketing activities are all free services provided by IndianArtZone platform for the benefit of artists.
• Artists can decide on Artwork Price and there is no restriction on the price. We only would add 20 - 40% commission on top of your price for selling at IndianArtZone.com, which includes GST, Transportation costs, Packaging, Payment gateway charges and marketing charges.
• The IndianArtZone Support Team will be in touch with you in every step of the way to ensure and fulfil the order / delivery process.
