Can I trust you to place an Art Order online, or share my credit/debit card details?
Yes. We use one of the most secure online ordering systems. We ensure that we offer the highest possible security at all times. We never save your card details and use secure and trusted third party payment gateways.
We are a start-up with great ethics and have our main trait as being honest. We are run by professionals having decades of professional experience. You can be sure to trust us for purchasing art. All payments are processed by a renowned third-party payment processor - CCAvenue that also processes payments for over 50,000+ merchants in India. After you enter in the Address details on IndianArtZone.com, we direct you to a payment gateway CCavenue.com for completion of the Payment. It is with them that you share you credit/debit card details, not with us. You can double confirm it in the Address Bar of your browser during payment processing. After redirecting you to CCAvenue.com, we do not have any control over the details you enter. CCAvenue thereon handles all transactions, which is very credible for transacting online.
Are the Art works hand painted?
We do NOT and will NEVER sell prints. We believe Prints are like fake jewels, they are cheap and does the work in some way - but will never give you that satisfaction. We would rather prefer to keep the walls blank than to put prints.
All our Art works are 100% Original, Authentic, Handmade and created by skilled artists. We do not deal in prints, canvas transfers, or products created using machined process. We directly source artwork from the artist and art communities. Apart from it, we have well managed Logistics network partner, and have automated processes in our order processing. This keeps our operating costs at minimum and we pass the benefit onto customers.
Are the Art works artist-signed and come with Certificate of Authenticity?
Most of the Artworks that directly from the artists do come with their sign and the certificate of Authenticity.

Is Cash on Delivery applicable for every Artwork?
No. As of now, we do not encourage COD.
Is every art customizable?
Most of the Artworks can be custom-made according to your requirement, taste, color preference etc. In case it’s written that information is not available, please do call or write to us. We will check and confirm it from the respective artist and will get back to you.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We deliver to all countries.
How will my order be delivered to me?
We partner with some of the best-known logistic companies in the world like DHL and UPS to ensure quickest delivery anywhere in the world.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depends on the Artwork you select. Normally Delivery within India takes 3 – 7 days and Overseas takes 12 – 15 days. Our friendly customer service team will communicate and keep you posted on the latest status.
I see your website contains some Art works that are ready framed, and some are not. Why so?
Some of our artists frame their Artwork after completion and pass it on to us in that state, that is the reason we put it up as it is on our website. Ideally, we do not encourage our artists to frame their paintings, but they might still go ahead in case of displaying them in their gallery. We prefer to send as Rolled canvas for easy and efficient shipping.
I want to gift the Artwork to someone. Will you Gift Wrap it, and put a message card on it?
Of Course, We are happy in transporting our Artwork as a Gift. We offer free Gift wrapping service on both framed and unframed art. Simply select the option for gift-wrapping during checkout and put your Gift Message in the comments box. Additionally you may reach out to our Customer Service team or fill in the details in Contact Us
Can I track my order online?
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. To track your order status online, you can click on that link to check latest status of your order. I have a photo, which I need to convert to Artwork. Can you do that?
