Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping in India

IndianArtZone offers free shipping for rolled canvas Artworks all over India. We only work with reputed courier partners like Bluedart for domestic deliveries. Default Delivery timeframe is normal as slated by the courier partner. For orders delivered in India GST/Taxes will be applied additionally - for Art (12%), Crafts (18%)

IndianArtZone is committed to deliver your order with good quality, military grade packaging within the specified time. We ship throughout the week, except weekends and Public holidays.

In case delivery is required in remote areas, you can contact us and we will let you know the nearest Bluedart counter / collection point where you can self-pick the artwork. We will arrange to hold your shipments at those locations. You can also try for alternate addresses if need be.

1.2 Shipping outside India

We ship to all countries of the world.  We only work with reputed courier partners like DHL / UPS for International deliveries.  Delivery time for regular destinations like USA, Canada, UK, Australia, All of Europe, Malaysia, Singapore and GCC-Middle East is around 3-5 days more than the mentioned timeframe in Artwork details. For other remote locations, delivery might take little longer than usual.  We always strive to deliver ahead of time than what is specified.  We do free shipping for rolled canvas.  For any customized Artworks in bigger odd sizes or framed artworks, we will provide a shipping quote based on the same.

International customers must note that our costs do not cover Custom Clearance Fees and Custom Duties. If applicable, the courier partner would collect these charges at the time of delivery, or they might connect to you before delivery, for payments. These charges vary from country to country and subject to frequent changes - hence we will not be able to give you an estimate of the same. 1.3 Packaging

We ensure and strive to make sure the ordered Art work reaches you in the stipulated time. We observe 4-eye principle in ensuring the expected quality of work is conformed. We package the Artwork(s) with extreme care that it withstands any tough handling during transit and reach your hands in safe condition. Artwork rolls are placed in custom made hard protective eco-friendly custom-made tubes and sealed at both the ends. If the Artwork requested is a framed one, we apply enough layers of bubble wrapping to ensure tough withstanding. Free Gift-wrapping facility is also available on request.

2 Returns Policy

2.1 For Artworks delivered in India

We have a very flexible and friendly 15-days return policy. We stick to our zero questions asked policy, and our staff will never ask you why you wish to return the artwork, when you have to. Customers must raise return request within 15 days post-delivery of the shipment. Please note we accept return requests only for unframed Artworks delivered in India. We do not accept return requests for framed Artworks be it stretched frame or functional frame.

2.2 For Artworks delivered outside India

We do not accept return requests for Artworks delivered outside India owing to customs/shipping complications in bringing them back. In order to give a clearer picture on what to expect, International customers can request us for additional images of the artwork before we ship, by sending us an email at support@Indianartzone.com after you have placed the order. Once the Artwork is about to be shipped, we will take hi-resolute photos and email you for your perusal. We will ship only when you approve. You can also raise a refund request at this stage if you find the completed Artwork is not matching up with your expectations.

2.3 Returns for Customized Artworks

Custom Sized Artworks do not qualify for free returns irrespective of whether it is unframed or ordered framed, delivered in India or outside India. However, customers can request additional images to be emailed before shipping. Our artists will revise the Artwork if necessary, based on your inputs and until you are satisfied with the outcome.

2.4 Return Process

If eligible for returns, you can raise return request in your Indianartzone account, or you can also drop us an email at refund@Indianartzone.com mentioning which items you would like to return. Our staff will provide packing instructions and arrange pickup of the artwork from your home. If you had paid online using cards / online banking - we will refund to the same account. If you had paid using NEFT/RTGS - we will ask you for your bank account number and IFSC code for further processing the refunds.

2.5 For Lost / Damaged Shipments

In a rare case of lost shipment, we will offer full refunds irrespective of the delivery location or framing state. In rare case of delivery of damaged artwork or frames, we will offer refund amounts based on the condition of the same. Before making a return, ensure that you have reported the damaged product to IndianArtZone and have received a return approval.

Returns can be done by following the below steps:

  • *  In order to make a return, fill out the returns form included with the artwork package, explaining the reason, along with photos for the return.
  • *  Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request form. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
  • *  All returns should happen within 48 hours of delivery.
  • *  Drop us an email at refund@Indianartzone.com mentioning the details and we would get back to you on the return procedure.

We will typically issue your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the package.

(Note: It is our policy that in the event of a disagreement, IndianArtZone holds the right to make the final call on all returns. We would not be able to process any returns if it is not been notified to us within the stipulated time.

3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order if the same has not been shipped from our premises, and not yet framed (applicable if framing was chosen). Please email us at sales@Indianartzone.com, or call us on +91-9585759933 for requesting cancellations.

  1. In case of fully paid order, full amount will be refunded to same Card/Net Banking account used while shopping.
  2. For Art works that are framed and request for cancellation raised later - we are sorry we cannot process cancellation demand in this case as it can't be used elsewhere.
